I've never been able to stick with
a technical "workout" for very long....
But here I'm learning things like
how to recover from a big fall
or tripping (which is something
I do a lot, trust me), how to land
quietly, how to get over fences
quickly and efficiently, and more.
It's useful for everyday life.

Parkour has done more for my physical and mental wellbeing than anything else I've tried. Ben got me started into the maze of fitness. Through his parkour training I learned how to move my body and flow in a way that prevented injury, and even helped to heal lifelong injuries I'd previously sustained. The godly principles and life lessons I learned here is something I'll always be grateful for. I would not be where I am today without him taking the time to teach me about parkour. Arigato.
